   Perhaps you've asked yourself: What can I do as a parent to help
   my child find their passion or chose their career path?


   These pages will provide tools for you to help you help your youth
   find a career path that is right for them.


   The Segue program was created to broaden your child's knowledge about careers options and core ideas about the "rules of the game"
   in the workplace.


   National studies have confirmed that "knowledge of career options
   is a basic prerequisite to a successful transition to productive
   adulthood."

   The process of discovering a life path or career path is greatly
enhanced when parents play a support role and help their youth
   decide their next step after high school.


   You can support your child's unbiased analysis of options. You can
   be their cheerleader. You know your child best and can help
   him/her reach their goals.
